Session Proposal Guidelines

International Conference on AI and Cybersecurity 2026 invites session proposals that advance the theme Converging Frontiers: Unlocking the Future with AI and Cybersecurity.

How to Submit

All session proposals must be submitted through the official online submission system before the submission deadline. After successful submission, applicants will receive an automatic confirmation email with a unique link that allows them to edit their proposal until the deadline.

Session organizers are encouraged to carefully review the guidelines, session formats, tracks, and evaluation criteria before submitting their proposals.

Session Formats

60 Minutes

Panel Discussion

A moderated discussion featuring experts from different stakeholder groups. A maximum of four speakers is recommended to allow meaningful audience interaction.

60 Minutes

Roundtable

An interactive dialogue involving moderators and participants, focused on collaborative discussion and policy recommendations.

60 Minutes

Workshop

Hands-on sessions emphasizing practical learning, demonstrations, exercises, or collaborative problem solving.

30 Minutes

Fireside Chat

An informal conversation between experts sharing practical experiences, challenges, and lessons learned.

30 Minutes

Showcase

Presentation of innovative research, technologies, products, projects, or initiatives.

30 Minutes

Tutorial

Capacity-building sessions introducing participants to specific tools, technologies, frameworks, or methodologies.

20 Minutes

Lightning Talk

Short presentations highlighting innovative ideas, research findings, emerging technologies, or best practices.

Startup Pitch

A platform for startups and innovators to present AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, or digital innovation solutions.

Acceptance Based

Research Paper Presentation

Accepted research papers will be presented under thematic technical tracks. Presentation duration and format will be communicated upon acceptance.

Networking Sessions

Poster Presentation

Researchers and students may present research findings through poster presentations during designated networking sessions.

Evaluation Criteria

Relevance

The proposal should clearly align with the conference theme and one or more thematic tracks.

Quality and Clarity

Objectives, discussion topics, expected outcomes, session methodology, and speaker information should be clearly described.

Innovation

The proposal should introduce innovative ideas, practical experiences, research findings, or emerging technologies.

Diversity and Inclusion

Sessions should include diverse speakers representing multiple stakeholder groups, organizations, genders, and geographical regions whenever possible.

Audience Engagement

Priority will be given to sessions that encourage audience participation through discussion, demonstrations, Q&A, or interactive activities.

Practical Impact

Sessions should provide actionable recommendations, practical knowledge, or policy insights relevant to Nepal and the international community.

Responsibilities of Session Organizers

Coordinate with the Conference Secretariat throughout the preparation process.

Confirm moderators and speakers within the given timeline.

Ensure diversity among speakers.

Promote the session through professional networks.

Submit presentation materials before the conference.

Respect the allocated session duration.

Encourage audience interaction and discussion.

Submit a brief session report within two weeks after the conference.

Conference Session Tracks

Session proposals should align with one of the following conference tracks. Organizers are encouraged to submit sessions that promote knowledge sharing, policy dialogue, technical innovation, and collaboration among academia, industry, government, and the international community.

Plenary Sessions

High-level strategic discussions featuring policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, and international experts on AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and Nepal's digital future.

Academic Track
